- 1 förpackning Old El Paso™ Tortilla Pockets™
- 4 matskedar Old El Paso™ Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 matsked olivolja
- 1 lök, hackad
- 2 röda paprikor, urkärnade och skivade
- 1 grön paprika, urkärnad och skivad
- 1 x 425 g burk Black Beans (230 g avrunna), sköljda
- 200 g vitkål, finskuren
Instruktioner
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Stir often. Add the black beans, spice mix and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir-fry for another 1 minute.
- Heat the pockets according to the instructions on the package.
- Serve the warmed pockets with the pepper and bean mixture, the cabbage and the salsa in separate bowls and let everyone fill their pockets in their own way.
Tips
- Replace the black beans with another ingredient, such as kidney beans or cannellini beans, that you have in your kitchen cupboard.
- Peppers can be swapped for other quick-roasted vegetables, such as sliced mushrooms or squash.
